Therapy is not meant to be easy...starting to address difficult areas in our lives is uncomfortable. Sometimes this is necessary to work through our struggles. it is the hope that through gaining tools and a differing perspective this initial unease will lead to growth and change!

- Sessions are generally 50 minutes
- $100 per session (cash, cheque or E-Transfer)
- Payment is required at the beginning of session. You will be provided a receipt.
- Counselling/therapeutic services are not covered by OHIP. and must be paid out-of-pocket or through insurance plans (e.g., Greenshield, Sunlife). If you have any questions I would encourage you to call your benefits provider to clarify your coverage.

- If you need to cancel an appointment please provide as much notice as possible. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, $30 will be charged. This would then be due at the next session or within 14 days of the cancelled/missed appointment.
